We had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views from the restaurant and terraces. The heated pool was a great addition and the facilities were modern and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

The staff was amazing, always happy to help and very friendly, which made our Easter stay wonderful. The facilities were modern and clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and lunch, which were included in the price. The panoramic view from the restaurant and terraces was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy it while eating. the location was perfect, as we were close to the parking area and had easy access to transportation.

The road to the hotel was still in the process of being improved, making it difficult to walk up and down to the first lift. , the music in public areas was a bit too loud for our taste, but we understand that it may be a personal preference.

Breakfast and lunch menus are varied and include many delicious options. the hotel facilities are impeccably clean and tastefully decorated.

The location was tricky without transportation, and a snowstorm made it difficult to get back to the hotel one evening. Walking up and down the mountain road to the first lift was tough.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an amazing experience. We cannot recommend it enough! The location in the centre was perfect for us, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always available and attentive, ensuring our every need was met. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were exceptional. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free.
